Sneak Peek of My New Novel

Boy, life has been busy. Now that I'm settling into my new at Votary Media, I am excited to announce that my new sci-fi/cyberpunk novel will be released on December 11. DoxaNoûs Media, my publisher, has graciously agreed to release the first few chapters as a free sample anyone can download. I started work on this novel some 14 years ago. Recently, I took on the challenge of doing a complete re-write where I fundamentally reinvented the main character. It was a lot of fun, and I feel I have grown significantly as a storyteller throughout this process. Readers who enjoy hard sci-fi thrillers driven by diverse characters will find this intriguing. I've tried to blend my love for Michael Crichton and real-world scientific developments that raise profound philosophical and ethical question as we consider the future of the human race. Few such developments can compare to Transhumanism--the in integration of technology and our biological bodies. In particular, I'm fascinated by the integration of our brains and technology. Neuroscience and other technological developments provide fertile ground for speculative writers like me.

DoxaNoûs Media will be releasing Sleepwalker on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 in both hardback and ebook formats.
